Fees
- All mediation fees must be paid in advance. A deposit equal to the mediator's fees for number of hours reserved for the actual mediation must be received within 5 business days of reserving the time and date. No personal checks will be accepted. The minimum deposit is six (6) hours (2 hours at the court rate of $250/hour and 4 hours at the private rate of $950/hour).
- Depending on the complexity of the case, the mediator may require an increased deposit for right (8) hours (2 hours at the court rate of $250/hour and 6 hours at the private rate of $950/hour.) Cancellation notification received less than 21 days before the scheduled session shall be subject to a $300 cancellation fee.
