- If the Mediation is cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled date, there will be no cancellation fee. If the Mediation is cancelled 24 to 48 hours before the Mediation, the parties will be charged a cancellation fee of $150.00. If the Mediation is cancelled within 24 hours of he scheduled date, the cancellation fee will be $250.00
