Additional Info:
  • Unlimited Case: $250 per hour (first 2 hours); after that time, $600 per hour. Limited Case: $150 per hour (first 2 hours), $600 per hour thereafter. Deposit equivalent to the estimated time to be expended due prior to commencement of the hearing. Rescheduling/cancellation notice of 15 days or more is required otherwise, the party requesting the change is responsible for the nonrefundable cancellation fee of $300 in a limited and $500 in an unlimited case. Written notice required.
