Fees
- First two hours are billed at a reduced rate of $140 per hour. Each hour after is billed at standard rate of $200 per hour. Minimum two-hour deposit ($280) will be applied to your mediation. Credit card information or payment is required in advance to reserve a mediation date. The hourly fee starts at the mediation agreed upon start time and includes processing; coordination and scheduling, pre-mediation conferences, review of briefs, conducting the mediation and follow up.
