- 50% of fees are payable 7 days prior to scheduled mediation via cashier's check with balance due at time of mediation. Refund of 100% if canceled within 72 hours of scheduled date; cancellations less than 72 hours subject to a $290.00 cancellation fee. No charge for pre-mediation conferences or review of mediation briefs.
