- Limited cases: $150 per hour for the first two hours, minimum 4 hours. Unlimited cases: $250 per hour for the first two hours, minimum 4 hours. Payment in full for scheduled block of time due 10 days prior to the mediation date. $300 per party Administration fee. $300 per party for review of briefs, including pre-mediation conference calls. $300 cancellation fee charged to cancelling party if less than 3 days prior to mediation.
