Fees
Fee Per Day: $4000.00
- Mediator charges $150/hour for up to two hours spent in limited civil cases and $250/hour for up to two hours spent in unlimited civil case. (Admin. and prep. time not charged.) Additional hours (i.e., hours three and following) charged at $500/hr. A non-refundable deposit of $300 on limited civil cases and $500 on unlimited civil cases will be collected. Unless otherwise agreed, fees and expenses are shared equally by the parties.
