  • If appointed through the Court Mediation Department, this mediator’s hourly rate is limited to $150 per hour for the first two hours of mediation in a limited civil action and $250 per hour for the first two hours in an unlimited civil action. If the mediation session exceeds two hours, the parties will be charged the mediator's regular hourly rate thereafter. The mediator's charges are split between the parties. If the parties retain this mediator directly and outside of the court program, the mediator's regular hourly and or daily rates shall apply in addition to a per party admin fee of $195. Mediator’s individual rates are not set by law and may vary. Deposits on Court Appointed Cases: 2-4 Hour Cases: $250 split between parties 4-8 Hour Cases: $500 split between parties. Deposits are nonrefundable for cancellations within 48 hours. Dates will not be held until deposit is received. Payment for services is required on or before day of Mediation.
